Lupine Under Mt. Rainierby ~Raymaker

Mt. Rainier looms over Lupine on Naches Peak - Mt. Rainier National Park, Washington

Note: This is one of my first attempts at a multiple focal point layered photo. The result is a photo with a depth of field larger than what I could have capture just by stopping the aperture down. I learned a few things while editing this photo; that three focal points probably work best (instead of two) and that the actual focal length of some lenses change while focusing close compared to focusing at infinity. More to come from this technique!
